We are always interested in speaking with new, solid, and professional talent. Atlas grants preference to truly motivated and highly qualified candidates, with a strong background in administrative | technical skills, and government contracting experience. Our operations are fiduciary, lawful, and resolute. We strive for excellence and expect all team members to maintain the brand.

Resume Screening: Our hiring team begins by reviewing resumes submitted by candidates. They look for relevant education, experience, skills, and achievements that align with the requirements of the business development role.

Phone Screening: Candidates who pass the resume screening stage, may be invited to participate in a brief phone interview. During this interview, we may ask preliminary questions to further assess the candidate’s qualifications, communication skills, and interest in the role.

In-Person Interviews: Qualified candidates are typically invited for in-person interviews, which may involve multiple rounds with different members of the hiring team.  Interviewers may ask behavioral questions, case studies, or role-specific scenarios to gauge the candidate’s problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

Skills Assessment: Depending on the nature of the role, candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment or exercise. For business development roles, this could involve tasks such as preparing a sales pitch, analyzing market data, or developing a strategic business plan. These assessments provide the hiring team with insights into the candidate’s abilities and approach to the job.

Reference Checks: Before making a final decision, our hiring team may conduct reference checks to verify the candidate’s employment history, performance, and qualifications. References may be provided by former supervisors, colleagues, or other professional contacts.

Final Evaluation and Offer: After completing the interview process and assessing all candidates, the hiring team evaluates each candidate’s strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit for the role and the company. They may discuss their impressions and compare notes to determine the top candidates. The final candidate may then receive a job offer, which includes details such as salary, benefits, and start date.

Throughout the evaluation process, we aim to identify candidates who not only possess the necessary skills and experience for the role, but also demonstrate traits such as professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in contributing to the success of our organization.

When considering new team members, we look first to those who contact us with a professional email with an attached resume:
